Our daily community meal is 5pm-6pm and is open to everyone. We provide an average of 1,100 meals daily to hungry men, women and children in our community, our program residents, and our emergency shelter guests.

Additional Food Services

Food pantry program – provides emergency food for hundreds of needy families who have just moved here from out of state.

Mothers with babies– provided with formula, baby food, wipes, diapers and more.

Service agencies– LVRM collaborates with numerous organizations and provides items and services, as requested.

Families with Children – Through a collaboration with Family Promise of Las Vegas, a three-month program is available to help families move from homeless to a home. Our role is to open our doors to provide a bed for the evening, a hot breakfast and dinner, and the hospitality of a loving community. During the day, the parents attend the day care center for job and credit counseling, welfare and legal advocacy, and individual and family therapy.

Recovery Program

Our residential recovery program is for men and women with life-controlling addictions who want to make a positive life change.

The program is free and is a way to get off the streets and into a safe environment. Residents have all physical needs met during the program, so they can focus on recovery.

The recovery program is a one-year commitment and can serve approximately 130 participants.

Residents are required to actively pursue recovery, including attending required weekly classes and meeting weekly with a case manager.

Once a resident completes requirements, they are given the tools needed to find employment outside the Mission.

For more information about entering the program, come to our front desk between the hours of 8am and 6pm (7 days a week) and fill out an application or call 702-382-1766.

Spiritual Guidance

One of our primary objectives is to touch as many lives as possible with the love of Jesus Christ. The Mission has a full-time pastor on staff. Daily Bible study classes and sessions are facilitated by caring staff and volunteers.

Statement of Faith

I spent 45 years of my life in love…to alcohol, weed, and crack. Thanks to the donors of the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, I’ve learned that life isn’t all about me. I’m in love again…with Jesus Christ. Thank you!”

~ Ervin – Las Vegas Rescue Mission Guest

I never felt like anyone loved me until I came to the Mission. The love I’ve experienced from donors and staff saved my life.
